Outside the clinic:

When Stef is not in the clinic, you can bet she’s enjoying time with her two daughters and husband. She lives a fasting focused lifestyle and follows Wim Hoff’s method for breathing and ice baths. Whenever Stefanie has free time and Melbourne weather permits, she gets on her bicycle and can cycle for hours. Stefanie keeps herself busy by continuously learning new stuff! She recently finished AUSLAN level 1 to allow her to communicate with the Deaf and hard of hearing and will continue to build up on her communication skills to work towards increased inclusivity in the community.
