Kathleen Ford,
Counsellor &

Forever a ‘people-person’, Kathleen Ford began her career with 10 years in the beauty industry followed by 5 years in the airline industry. Motivated by a desire to help others, Kathleen returned to study, completing her Bachelor of Counselling at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. When not counselling, her time is spent teaching Yoga Classes across Melbourne and managing the popular Yoga Flame in Moonee Ponds, with a focus on mindfulness and relaxation.

Kathleen is a genuine, warm-hearted person with a passion for helping people navigate whatever difficulties they may face. This is achieved through modalities such as Person-Centered Counselling, which is an empathetic, non-judgmental and compassionate approach to counselling. Kathleen combines her training as a Counsellor and Yoga Teacher, offering a holistic approach to dealing with the stresses of everyday life.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Counselling
    • 200hr Yoga Teacher training
    • 150hr Yin Yoga Teacher training
